Book signing by Dr. Harry Karis, author of The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wine Book (foreword by Robert Parker) hailed as the "Best Wine Book in the World", Gourmand World Cook Book Awards. He will be presenting his book at the Chicago wine trade show.

Workshops
A symphony of food & wine pairings

Sommelier Ludovic Bigel and Chef Benoît Régues present the character of the Mediterranean and invite guests to discover a wealth of aromas and bitefuls of flavor from the South of France.
