Wine producers:

· If you are a non-French wine producer: download the English version of the registration form

Once we have validated your participation, your registration must be accompanied by a deposit of 80% of the total amount (ex. VAT).
On receipt of this deposit: we will email you your login and password which give you access to a personal information section online where you can fill in your catalogue profile sheet in English (volumes produced, grape varieties, soil types, export strategy…).

D-20: 20 days before the event we will send you your room workshop number. This number will be used on all documentation sent with your samples (if you are sending samples). You can download these documents in your personal information section online.

D-10: Your confidential login details will give you access to all the buyers’ profile sheets* and you can choose who you would like to meet.
*Each profile sheet precisely indicates their activity and the types of wine required.

Your meeting schedule is based on 3 criteria:
• Reciprocal choices (purchasers’ choices in common with your choices)
• Your choices
• The purchasers’ choices

Your meeting schedule is given to you at your arrival at the convention.
